Child Safety Standards.

Adults only

Kontakt is an app for adults only. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

Our standards

• Only people aged 18 or older may use Kontakt. Users must confirm they are 18+ before creating a profile, and the app does not accept a profile age below 18.
• Any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited, including attempts to contact minors.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and their content removed.

How to report

Every chat in the app has a shield button, and every profile a ⋮ button, that open Safety. Choose “Underage” or another reason — the person is blocked at once and the report goes to our moderation team. You can also report directly to our child safety contact below.

How we act

• Reports involving minors are reviewed with the highest priority.
• We remove the content, ban the account, and preserve the information required by law.
• We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by applicable law.
